We have all the heard the saying that all your business needs is 1,000 true fans. However, that doesn’t mean you forget about those other fans in the pipeline. For the last 3 years, I have worked with DTC brands, online and brick + mortar businesses to go deeper with their audiences, getting to know them to their core and knowing who content needs to be positioned to with my eyes closed.

I found brands and business worrying too much about the vanity metrics. Their vanity metrics were low because their content wasn’t positioned correctly for their ideal audience. From there, they were not taking the time to get to know their audience whether in DMs, email, or comment sections. The race to hit the next 1,000 followers was the prize, but what is having 10,000 followers worth if they aren’t converting and resulting in business, right?

Upon taking over accounts and handling development, clients saw:

  • 327% increase in overall engagement after rebranding social media channels in less than 60 days

  • 433% increase in organic social media following in less than 90 days through distribution tactics

  • 8x the usual engagement for content on their Instagram through curating and/or creating content that ensured an action to be taken

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS + OUTREACH

In my world, there aren’t strangers, just friends I have not met yet. I am intentional and passionate when it comes to relationship building as it’s the foundation for not only business, but for life.

While working with Gregorys Coffee, I forged partnerships with NYC’s best hospitals and medical centers, such as CITYMD and OneMedical in the midst of the pandemic. I also launched our internal Love At First Bite campaign, doing outreach to established influencers around the country to highlight our pivot into the DTC space with our baked goods and (soon to arrive) cold brew kits.

On the DTC front, I worked with Vitauthority, a women’s focused supplement company, to start and scale their affiliate program, growing it from 2 to over 65+ women in less than 30 days. This resulted in a 350% increase in affiliate sales, organically.

Besides, Gregorys and Vitauthority, clients have been featured or have worked in conjunction with Worldstar, Delish, New York Post, 9GAG, Insider Food, Buzzfeed, Circa News, Thrillist, First We Feast, Food Network, Cooking Channel, Man Repeller + more.

DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING + copywriting + OPTIMIZATION

Posting all social media channels or sending emails doesn’t result in instant sales. However, if it did, well, that would be pretty cool.

While working with Jason Phillips’ Impact Collective, a powerful group of successful online coaches + health entrepreneurs, I had the opportunity to work with over 40 men and women in refining their systems when it came to copy, distribution, optimization through social media audits + one-on-one consulting.

A missing link I see on social is call-to-action, whether personal brands or those primarily with an online presence. There is no stickiness as their consumers are not being told where to purchase, how to engage, or to reach out resulting in zero clicks, zero traffic, and zero sales. I stepped in with my clients to make their consumer’s journey simpler. When you give power to the consumer with too many options or not enough, not only are you losing out on relationships with your followers, diluting your trust, but the odds of someone taking action is low.

I simply took what I was seeing not being focused enough on social and wanted to make it the #1 strength of every client that has worked with me.

From my social media audit, what frequently occurs is:

  • Consistent 3X in story views within 7 days after implementation

  • Increase in overall engagement, mainly due to influx in the comment section through specific strategies set in place

  • 50% increase in traffic to specific links through distinct call to action within the first week

  • Ranking in their respective niche - reaching up to 50- 94% of people who AREN'T following then increasing from an average of 1-2% through content optimization and eye-catching copy

  • Deeper relationships with followers, overall structure, and better understanding when it comes to curation, proper copywriting skills, outreach, and more.
